This site was created to share thoughts, opinions, analysis and/or facts mostly related to our beloved Toronto Maple Leafs'.
As we embark on the lockout that will curtail, if not wipe out the entire 2012-2013 season, like all fans, we at Joey Blogs are not very happy about it as you can read in my "Hockey Coming Soon" blog.
I am pleased to have two solid DH Leafers' back in the fold for another season; Eric Warren and Tracey Paveling.
Eric has written articles for several online sports sites including nhl.com, cbssports.com, as well as others, his articles are well researched and always worth the read. Eric will feature in his weekly piece "Monday Musings with Me, The Big E", while offering up opinion and analysis on his blog, "The BigEz" as well as his "BigE Mashup".
Tracey has been writing and talking Leafs' longer then most of you have been alive. Those who know him describe him as a walking Leaf' encyclopedia, at least I do. Tracey will be focused on reliving (reLEAFing) our Leaf past as well as "The Historian" blog.
I will continue to write the Leafs' Blog as well as the Leaf' Analysis section but not for the remainder of this bogus 2012-2013 season. I will be back next season, 2013-2014, a season in which the Maple Leafs will be in prime position to add the pieces needed moving forward to respectability and contention without worry of the lowered salary cap or poor signings of the past.
We look forward to hearing your feedback whether you agree or disagree with our thoughts, opinions, analysis and/or facts as the Maple Leafs' move toward regaining respectability in their quest of the Holy Grail
